I first saw Dr Ridgewell in 2016 for an unrelated problem which was resolved quickly and effectively, so I was pleased to be able to return to his care this time. His level of knowledge speaks of wide experience and he's also extremely good at explaining what are sometimes quite complicated concepts. A winning attribute from my point of view is that he's also sympathetic to the problems to elderly runners.

Dr Ridgewell was empathetic to my needs and I felt totally safe in his care. The diagnosis was spot on and the follow up treatment paid attention to every detail .

Dr Ridgewell provided a very friendly, personable and professional service. He was on time, welcoming and engaged with me to understand what was going on with my lower back. I could tell he was intent on getting as much information as possible to ensure he could give the best treatment recommendations. He listened and came up with a treatment route which I have already started. He has also told me to keep in touch so he can ensure the treatment plan is going well. I am very grateful for his help and would definitely recommend him.
