Dr Matina Sotrilli is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over 15 years of experience working in adult mental health, both within the NHS and private organisations in London. She provides psychological therapy and counselling sessions to patients. She is specialised in treating clients with a wide variety of mental health issues and also in eating disorders and the factors that influence peoples’ relationship with food.
Dr Sotrilli uses several treatments with her patients, however, she is a specialist in the application of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She believes that peoples' needs are very specific and cannot necessarily be met by one therapeutic model.
