Dr. Matthew Beadman is a clinical psychologist who specialises in helping adults manage the psychological impact of illness and injury. He specialises in applying clinical psychology theory to optimising the physical and psychological health outcomes of cardiac, oncology, chronic pain and intensive care patients and following serious injury or amputation.
Dr. Beadman has 12 years of experience as a psychologist in the NHS and also works in independent private practice. He routinely works with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, work-related stress and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Dr. Beadman also delivers evidence-based psychological interventions to large financial companies and NHS trusts, to increase staff well-being.
Dr. Beadman has published psychological research in multiple areas and is also the co-author of a well-reviewed self-help text entitled "The Little ACT Workbook".
