Dr Moses Batwala is the Medical Director a Fiona Fertility. He is a Consultant Gynaecologist with a Specialist interest in Infertility, In-Vitro Fertilisation (IVF), General Gynaecology and Early Pregnancy.
Dr Batwala completed his undergraduate training with a Bachelor in Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) from University of Leeds Medical School in 2001 with Honours in Biochemistry.
He specialised in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Sheffield and became a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in 2013.
Dr Batwala worked as a Senior Research Fellow at Oxford University and Oxford Fertility. He is currently undertaking a Masters at Oxford University focusing on Health Economics and Quality of Life of patients undergoing fertility treatment. He is also a recognised trainer with the British Fertility Society (BFS).
Dr Batwala has a particular interest in Mild stimulation IVF, The "Short" Antagonist IVF protocol, looking after women with low-ovarian reserve, endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and patients requiring Preimplantation-Genetic Screening (PGS)and Diagnosis (PGD). He has a holistic, caring approach and provides personalised care for all of his patients.

Moses was brilliant from the word go. He recognised that our fertility had been fraught and emotional and totally catered to our fears and concerns. He was calm, methodical, clear, patient and positive. He was never effusive, he was honest and real. All of which built a real sense of trust between us and him, and also made us feel super confident in his ability. Basically, he's a total legend! We are now 20 weeks pregnant and have only good things to say about Moses and IVF London. We will most definitely be back to work with Moses again for round 2.

My husband and I had a good experience at the clinic. We were well supported by all members of staff at the clinic. We are grateful that our treatment was successful.

I had previously had a very negative IVF experience and was initially quite nervous that I would have a repetition of this, however when I came for my initial consultation with my husband, Dr Moses was very reassuring and explained that he was quite confident with my case and explained what he would do differently in order to ensure an improved outcome. He explained everything in layman's terms and we felt so much more knowledgeable and confident after just one appointment. Dr Moses has been very friendly, reassuring and generous with this time throughout and made me feel at ease regularly. On Dr Moses' recommendation, we tried a milder form of IVF stimulation this time, and I am so pleased to say we got a much better result! Not only are we now pregnant but we also have 4 embryos frozen for the future! Thank you so much Dr Moses!

From the first meeting, Dr Moses was extremely professional and understanding of our situation. He took great lengths to explain medical terms and showed awareness and sympathy of our fertility journey. He was able to provide clear and concise explanations of various options and gave us hope and positivity when previous medical practitioners were unable to.
