For someone entirely new to therapy & dealing with work related stress I found Nick to be a fantastic guy to spend an hour of my week with. I feel he was able to quickly understand the key elements of what drives me and able to help shed light on some of the negative forces that I exhibited which by avoiding would enable me to move myself in the right direction. In addition, he was very adaptable and didn't follow on any scripted format which meant that we were able to cover a wide range of important topics that I was looking to discuss. Thanks Nick.

I have seen Nick over the past year for a severe anxiety disorder which had become a major issue in my life, he had been immensely helpful in dealing with this disorder such that it is no longer a major issue and I am in a position to move forward with life. Nick established a rapport immediately and provided an invaluable framework to deal with the disorder, he impressed me with his focus his clients wellbeing as well as his knowledge and professionalism.

It was a very helpful experience and you really helped me overcome a stressful time in my life. You are amazing and I will never forget how much you helped me.
