Dr Owais Dar is a consultant cardiologist based in London, UK. Upon his completing his specialist general cardiology training and sub-specialist heart failing training he was awarded an international fellowship in advanced heart failure, heart transplantation and left ventricular assist devices. Completing his fellowship in Vienna General Hospital, Austria and Stanford Health Care in California, USA.
Dr Dar has a particular interested in adult cardiology and patients with advanced heart failure, having also published several book chapters and articles in peer reviewed journals on these topics. Other interests include cardiac transplantation and mechanical circulatory support
