Dr Sarah Jane Khalid is a Chartered Consultant Counselling Psychologist, an Accredited CBT Psychotherapist and both a Life and Executive Coach who has a wealth of experience and knowledge from her 15 years in the NHS, charity and private sector experience. She has extensive training in different modes of therapy, in particular Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy. 

Sarah Jane also is a visiting lecturer for accredited CBT Courses and her specialisms include stress, low self-esteem/confidence, dermatology conditions, positive psychology and women’s issues such as returning to work and post-natal depression.

Sarah Jane has also trained in Life Coaching and Executive Coaching.

She has graduated from the University of Southampton achieving the following:

1. Bachelor of Science in Psychology

2. Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Therapy for Severe and Enduring Mental Illnesses

3. Masters in Health Psychology 

She completed a certificate in Couple's Counselling from the Relate Institute at the University of Hull. 

She further specialised in anxiety and depression disorders using CBT and attained a Postgraduate Diploma from Royal Holloway University and then went onto achieve a Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology in London. 

Since completing her Doctoratal studies, she has further trained in both Life Coaching and Executive Coaching at TPC.

Sarah Jane has been a brilliant therapist over the last few months. When I first started seeing her I was in a difficult place in my life and even the first session (assessment) with her brought some light at the end of a very dark tunnel.
