You are the only one who has really understood what I am going through. My friends and family wanted me to be happy and pretend that everything was ok, but you allowed me to be sad and helped me to accept what happened. Now I feel like I can start to enjoy life again. I know that there will be times when it is really difficult, but working with you has given me the hope to endure through the bad days. I will always remember that session when I suddenly realised that this was not my fault. Thank you.

I would like to say thank you. You have made me see that even having PTSD, I can look forward to the future and start to live again. You truly are one in a million. I wish you all the very best in future.
