Dr Adhya has a very pleasant, unhurried manner. He was thorough in taking my (complicated!) medical history and discussing treatment options. He gave me plenty of time to ask questions and his answers were reassuring. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others seeking a cardiologist.

Unfortunately not the outcome I wanted because I did not have my ECG's from Gran Canaria so he could not treat or help me until he can review the ECG's which I am at the moment trying to get. I had a very frightening experience with the Tachycardia and I just feel I need some answers and hope he will be able to help me in the near future and by the way the consultant fees are quite high for a first appointment with no outcome.

I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful. Please do get in touch when you get the ECG's or let me know if you can't get them so we can work out the best way forward to help you. I've now set up a free Skype clinic with short appointments if you wanted to use that service.

I was able to make the appointment for tests on Friday afternoon for a Monday morning consultation followed by the tests directly following the consultation. By 14:30 I had received a clear summary email from Dr Adhya with the results of the three tests together with confirmation that my results are normal. I am pressed for time due to some upcoming treatment so this urgency was gratefully appreciated. The consultation was thorough with family history being taken & we stepped through general health & MS-related symptoms in some detail also. Dr Adhya was clear in his questions & in his answers to my questions. Dr Adhya requested a chaperone for the consultation which was much appreciated. The appointment was not hurried and I felt that even had I thought of further questions after having left, that he would be happy to accommodate. Dr Adhiya is a personable senior consultant with exceptional people skills & a real sense of empathy with the patient. Most importantly, Dr Adhiya listened to me to understand more about what the context of my visit, what had prompted it and any tests which were needed. Dr Adhiya was very thorough with the explanation of the tests which were required. He was able to make these tests happen in a very short period of time and confirm the results in a clear and jargon-free manner. Truly appreciated.I would recommend Dr Adhya without hesitation and, should I need a cardiologist further down the line I will be happy to see Dr Adhya again.

Dr Adhya made me feel comfortable with him immediately, listened to me while he read the ECG results I brought, and showed on the graph where the heart rate fluctuated. I came for further clarification and Dr Adhya gave it.
