Tracy whom I spoke to and emailed was efficient, friendly and very polite. Dr Adelman who visited my Father was extremely professional, understanding and was clearly very experienced in dealing with people with dementia. My Father commented how pleasant Dr Adelman was and having spoken to Dr Adelman myself, he seemed very knowledgeable indeed and kindly took the time to explain things to me.
