Dr Kirkwilliam is a Principal Clinical Psychologist specialising in assessment and treatment for individuals living with neurological conditions - he has expertise working with people affected by memory complaints, concussional disorder, traumatic brain injury and stroke. 

Neuropsychological assessment is the evaluation of cognitive abilities such as attention and memory. These assessments are typical to help diagnosis of neurological conditions such as dementia, as well as understanding the strengths and weaknesses of someone’s mental abilities following a brain injury or stroke.

Dr Kirwilliam also provides neuropsychological treatment to effectively manage cognitive difficulties, such as cognitive rehabilitation, and psychological therapy to treat emotional difficulties of living with challenging neurological conditions.
