Went well even though I hate needles! No rushing through, video has more detail than I found on line. The heaviness of the arm on-the video (repeated by Dr Basu during) well worth warning about and the expansion to break down the scar tissue a useful explanation to understand how to manage future physio and movement. Thanks to Naomi as well who assisted and made me very relaxed about the process.
