Overall extremely good. Dr Rai was very clear and concise explaining the minor procedure necessary. She has a lovely manner and did a great job - my wound has healed quickly with barely any scarring and I am delighted with the result. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Rai to any prospective patients. Thank you.

Excellent, Dr Rai was very informative, professional and a pleasure to speak to each time I visited. Although very professional, she has a relaxed and friendly style which is easy to relate to.

Friendly, fast and welcoming, and my eczema went quickly after using the prescribed treatment. I got confused when my prescription was given to me though and I couldn't read Sweta's writing. It felt very rushed. But the notes emailed to me afterwards helped, but maybe could have been clearer?

I’m so pleased I saw Sweta. I had been suffering with temperamental skin for awhile and put it down to all sorts of problems but after attending one appointment Sweta she suggested an affordable and simple skin care routine and I’ve never looked back. The results have been excellent and I can’t get over how affordable and good the products she’s recommended are.

Thorough in her quest for background information so as to make a proper diagnosis and treatment plan, her examination going beyond just the topical area of concern. A good listener and a very good communicator of the facts in a coherent and simple manner.
