In the initial assessment, she will be discussing with you how to tailor treatment to your individual needs.
Drawing on a vast range of skills, psychotherapy research, and clinical guidelines, she works flexibly and tailors treatment to her clients' unique needs. She has vast experience in working with addiction, complex depression, anxiety, OCD, and trauma as well as relationship difficulties, including separations, infidelity, losses, attachment difficulties and psychosexual problems.
