Mr Garreffa was incrediby professional and made every effort to ensure everything was explained clearly and I was comfortable. I really appreciated it as I think naturally one feels awkward in these situations but his professional, friendly manner put my mind at ease somewhat. Also I'd say he was thorough so I left feeling I'd received all possible examination and treatment which is giving further peace of mind.

Mr Garreffa was always very courteous and professional in our encounters. He explained what the situation was and the possible. It wasn't the best situation I have ever been in but I felt that Mr Garreffa 'had my back' all the way.

I was greeted warmly and courteously. Post-op results and next steps were explained fully in a calm, professional manner with the opportunity given for me to ask questions. On the day of my operation I experienced the same professional standard and felt at all times that I was in very safe hands. Thank you.

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer I was told the only treatment was a mastectomy . But then I was allocated to Mr Garreffa. A lovely caring man, a leader in his field, who listened to my wishes and thought outside the box to make it happen for me. It was clear how much he cared about me and the result I wanted. He explained everything throughout the treatment. All the risks and potential extra surgery that could be needed if the risk didn't pay off. I was lucky, it worked. This is entirely down to Mr Garreffa's skill and his amazing team. A mastectomy was avoided and I couldn't be happier with the results. Throughout my treatment I was well informed and treated with so much care. I am incredibly grateful to the whole team. I was so lucky to be looked after by them. They really go above and beyond. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and making me feel so safe thought the treatment.
