Esther was amazing! She was warm, friendly and really put my at ease. She was very easy to talk to and I felt incredibly comfortable talking to her about my birth and postpartum experience. She explained everything really clearly and I came away feeling very informed. She was also super encouraging when going through the exercises she’s wanted me to do and she explained them really clearly.
