Efficacy is the UK’s largest and leading independent Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) service of BABCP accredited therapists – the single point raising us above all other psychological therapy services. This allows us to deliver high quality care and exceptional outcomes to our clients.
Jane is one of the Clinical Directors at Efficacy and founded Efficacy in 2003. She continues to work as a Cognitive Behavioural Consultant and provides therapy to individuals and groups whilst leading the service provision at Efficacy.
Jane has provided consultancy to Kings College, London and was the Programme Director and lecturer practitioner for undergraduate and post graduate CBT courses. She now concentrates on training and enhancing the knowledge of therapists within Efficacy.
Jane has 12 years experience of working as a Senior CBT Therapists and managing CBT Services in different clinical settings in both primary and secondary care.
Jane’s training and experience means she is highly qualified to treat all NICE guidance disorders and mental health issues specified for treatment through CBT.
Some of her specialist interests are working with anxiety and mood disorders including low self esteem and trauma work. She has vast experience of working with survivors of childhood sexual abuse and of working with people on the autistic spectrum; in particular Aspergers syndrome.
Her extensive work in the corporate sector has given her experience of working with executive teams and individuals to create wellbeing strategies and programmes for resilience in the workplace.
