Efficacy is the UK’s largest and leading independent Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) service of BABCP accredited therapists.
Marisa received training in the first national cohort of IAPT therapists (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies). Before then, she worked in mental health and in research in the community sector. She is a CBT therapist with experience of working in busy NHS primary care psychology departments. She has been delivering both individual and group CBT, as well as supervising other therapists.
