About

Matt Comfort is an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist and the Director of Comfort Health. With extensive experience spanning private practice, professional sports, and a teaching role at the UWE, Matt brings a wealth of expertise to his clients.

Matt completed his Level 5 Diploma in Sports Massage, the highest qualification in Sports Massage, at the EfH London School of Massage in 2011. Matt later completed his Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of the West of England in 2013, followed by his Acupuncture qualification in 2014. Explanation

I have been seeing Matt for a number of years. No major issues but as I get older and still try to stay very active I find that a regular sports massage and dry needling helps to reduce the muscle stress and strains, keeps me moving well without pain and helps improve my flexibility and range of movement. Matt is also a “top bloke” genuinely interested in the health and wellbeing of his clients and always makes you feel at ease

Explanation

Matt has a wealth of experience so always knows how best to treat my ailments as well as giving me tips to prevent further issues arising. I also find him to be very easy to talk to so it doesn't seem like physio/patient
