Miriam was absolutely wonderful. She was really thoughtful and considerate about the pain I was experiencing and used her knowledge and skills to suss out what was going on and what she could recommend to help. Furthermore, she was incredibly trauma-informed throughout the entire appointment, enquiring about my pregnancy, ensuring I knew what was happening in the room and constantly checking whether I was ok. Would highly recommend.

I received an excellent physio service from Miriam. She listened carefully, made a thorough assessment and clearly explained her analysis and treatment plan. In addition a 1:1 Pilates session was then tailor made for me! She has a delightful and friendly manner. Thoroughly recommend!

Miriam was absolutely great, made me feel at ease and gave me a very thorough Mummy MOT. She answered all of my questions and explained things thoroughly. I came away feeling like I'd learned a lot about my body and how to assist in recovery going forward. I came a long way to see her based on her experience, and it was worth the journey - I'd recommend her to any new mums.
