Miss Daniela Andrich is an excellent consultant. All explanations and options were set out clearly. Her manner is friendly and reassuring, and she parts her extensive knowledge in a way that is relevant and easy to understand. At the first meeting I felt reassured that I was in the right hands and that a solution would be found. In fact matters were improved immediately after and she provided a plan for the future which is already working. She solved an issue very quickly which in hindsight was a simple one to resolve but another consultant elsewhere failed to spot it as he did not follow her logical course of action. Plus she ruled out any possible other issues. I highly recommend Miss Andrich and I wish I had met her five years ago.
