About

Hello, I'm Jenna and I’m a Cognitive Behavioural and EMDR Therapist. Since the start of my career I’ve worked as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, Research Assistant and Cognitive Behavioural/EMDR Therapist in various NHS services, including Eating Disorder Services, as well as charities and as a private therapist.

The best thing about being a therapist is the reward I get from seeing patients reach their goals and helping people through the difficult times in their lives. I also really enjoy and am passionate about continuing my professional development and regularly attend courses to learn more about the latest developments in therapy.

I’m excited to be joining the Virgin Care Private team because I feel that I can be part of an innovative approach to health care. I’m looking forward to being part of a team of people with a wide variety of skills, from whom I can learn and develop my own knowledge.
