Jo is a registered dietitian who graduated from Northumbria University with a BSc in food science and nutrition, followed by an MSc in Dietetics from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. Jo has trained and worked in a variety of different clinical settings both in the NHS and in Private care.
Jo is an experienced writer and has written several articles for magazines. Jo is always interested in new opportunities including writing articles, blog posts, brand collaborations, podcasts, TV and radio.
Jo specialises in longer term goals and offers mostly package bookings. Jo believes that developing clients' nutritional knowledge is integral to achieving exceptional life-long results. Understanding the 'why' behind what you eat allows you to make informed food choices and take back the control. Her passion is helping to support clients find the most practical and realistic approach to suit their lifestyle. Jo is trained in NLP and has completed a life-coaching course. This allows her to encourage long-term behaviour change and challenge your existing habits.
