Miss Grieve is a Consultant Neurosurgeon at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery. In addition to general intercranial and spinal neurosurgery, Miss Grieve pays specific interest to pituitary and parasellar pathologies, neurovascular treatment for intercranial aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations and cavernous haemangiomas, gamma knife radiosurgery and neuro-oncology.
Additionally, Miss Grieve is a key member of the Society of British Neurosurgeons, the British Neurovascular Group and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons.
As a clinical lead for neurosurgery, Miss Grieve oversaw the launch of the Molly Lane Fox Brain Tumour Unit, the first nationally dedicated brain tumour ward.
