Rachel Buchan is a fully qualified and registered psychotherapist . Rachel has spent many years, working in a variety of settings, creating a therapeutic space and approach that makes counselling a welcoming, safe and contained environment. With her experience and training she is able to provide clients with face to face counselling sessions helping them with a wide range of Psychological issues.


Mrs Buchan is an integrative psychotherapist, which means she is able to provide clients with different types of therapy to suit the individual, this includes CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Humanistic and Psychodynamic therapy.
