Miss Rieka Taghizadeh is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who specialises in breast surgery, abdominoplasty, and thigh and buttock lifting.
She graduated from Dundee University Medical School and went on to specialise in plastic surgery at Newcastle. She also undertook a Microsurgical Fellowship at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital in London, as well as an Oncoplastic Fellowship and an Aesthetic Fellowship. Miss Taghizadeh has undertaken to visit fellowships to plastics surgery units in Barcelona, Helskinki, Düsseldorf and Singapore.
Miss Taghizadeh works in the NHS at St Helen's and Knowley Teaching hospitals, where she focuses on micro-surgical breast reconstruction and corrective surgery.
Miss Taghizadeh also works privately, where she provides breast surgery as well as body contouring (including abdominoplasty and thigh and buttock lifts) and facial aesthetic surgery (including facelifts and blepharoplasty).
She is a member of the BAPRAS breast special interest group and the UK representative for the American Society of Plastic Surgery International microsurgery committee. In addition, she is on the Women Surgeons' and Residents' Training Committee of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.

I have had two cosmetic procedures now with Miss Taghizadeh and wouldn’t have gone to anyone else. I am over the moon with my results. Miss Tag supported me throughout, answered any questions I had and talked thoroughly with me before my procedures. Amazing! My surgery wasn’t straight forward…I had an implant that had been in for over 30 years (for symmetry). She removed it, transferred fat and both breasts uplifted. I love the results.
