I had a great experience and really appreciate the time and effort Mr Laysan Pope took during my appointment. He was very patient and clear, taking the time to explain everything throughout and answering all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed and felt at ease straight away. Mr Pope put me at ease immediately with his extremely warm and engaging personality. He was very professional and although I was extremely anxious he soon sorted out my problem and we have a plan in place to sort it out. Excellent service.

Mr Pope was excellent in first determining the issue and then to recommend a course of action. I have found the recommended treatment to have totally helped the issue. I only wish I’d gone to Mr Pope earlier.

I was impressed by Mr Pope’s professionalism and in depth knowledge, all communicated in a warm and friendly manner. I was advised to seek advice from an ENT consultant by a MCAS physiotherapist two years ago. I delayed speaking to a ENT consultant about my medical problem believing it to be too insignificant. I am so pleased I did as I now know exactly what’s going on and how to proceed. Delighted!
