I found Mr Farrar to be extremely calming and approachable. He listened without judgement, took the full history, did a bedside assessment (ensuring he had consent) and gave his initial thoughts before sending me for xray/MRI. At every stage I felt I knew what was happening, there was plenty of time to ask questions and feel reassured that we would find out the issue. On receiving my MRI results, Mr Farrar took his time to show me on the different images the multitude of issues that it picked up. I felt acknowledged, still calm in his presence, and reassured that we will get to a resolution in due course. I would definitely recommend him to others.
