I can’t emphasise how much of a wonderful experience I have had with Mr Bhalla. The level of care and attention he shows is incredible; despite being a very anxious patient at the beginning, Mr Bhalla made me feel relaxed and confident and I was truly cared for throughout the whole process. His expertise is evident and I’m over the moon with my results (1 year post-op) - I couldn’t have imagined a better outcome. I did a lot of research prior to making any decisions and I’m so happy I went with my gut and chose Mr Bhalla - I had minimal bruising (almost none), almost no pain (no pain relief used at any point) and a very smooth recovery. The most positive part of the experience has been the mental aspect - I expected a lot more of an emotional rollercoaster post-op but have found it surprisingly easy
