From personal experience, doing therapy for the first time can be quite overwhelming but Ryan is very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me (with PTSD) to be anchored in the present while revisiting the trauma opens the possibility of deeply knowing that the terrible events belong to the past.

Ryan has been fantastic, very personal and professional in understanding my current situation and challenges. Great attention to detail, structure, and a personalised resource library to work on outside of our weekly sessions. I’ve seen 4 therapists and he is by far been the most valuable.

Excellent therapist. Ryan was exceptional at explaining the issues I was suffering from and the supporting psychological theory behind them. This helped my understanding and treatment as a result. After a course of 10 sessions over 10 weeks I feel remarkably improved. The sessions have also helped me focus on self improvement as a long term focus and I now have a framework and tools to work on deal with the issues I had been suffering from.
Thank you very much for taking the time to provide your review, it is very appreciated.
