Mr Pandit graduated from St Bartholomew's Hospital Medical School in 1998 and then went on to specialise at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital. During this period, he was able to spend more than 18 months in the shoulder and elbow unit treating complex upper limb conditions.
In 2009, Mr Pandit completed his exit fellowship tests and went on to undertake an international fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery in Western Australia. He is extensively trained in open and arthroscopic shoulder and elbow surgery and maintains a busy NHS practice at Frimley Health NHS Trust.
