Mr Ahmad Ali is a consultant orthopaedic and trauma surgeon who practises in North East London and Essex. Mr Ali specialises in the management of complex knee problems and sport injuries. His areas of clinical and research interests are focused on the treatment and management of knee injuries.

Mr Ali's practice covers all areas of knee surgery ranging from computer-guided (navigated) total and partial knee replacement, arthroscopic knee surgical processes and multiple ligament reconstruction.

Mr Ali received his training in Oxford and Sheffield. He then moved on to complete his Northwest High Surgical Training Programme. Following on from this, he spent a year as a knee fellow and developed his specialised skills in the management of complex knee problems, including multiple ligament reconstruction and knee replacements.

Mr Ali is the founding founder member of the Essex Knee Group. Here, specialist knee surgeons meet to share clinical outcomes and experiences, a collaborative and continuous approach to learning that benefits the patients that both Mr Ali and other specialist knee surgeons in the group see.
