Dr Alastair McMullen is a General Dentist working for the private dental practice 44 Derngate. He qualified in 2015 from the University of Manchester and following this he completed specialist training in fitting in invisible teeth straightening braces for short term orthodontic wear. He also completed training assisted by surgeons in the world renowned Harley Street in London. He was able to develop his understanding of advanced anti-wrinkle treatments and facial dermal fillers.

Furthermore, he spent two years achieving a Masters' degree in Restorative Dentistry at King's College, London. This allowed him to work with patients in both the NHS and in the private sector.

Dr McMullen has a speciality in applying crowns, bridges and veneers to essentially create the best smiles for his patients. He also enjoys working with patients that may feel anxious within the dental surgery. With his gentle approach, he is able to develop their confidence and trust in their dental practitioner. He can also perform anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatments which can help enhance contours, shape and size of the face.
