Dr Windsor helped me so much to understand my situation and the options for treatment. He was so patient and welcoming to my questions as well as very knowledgeable of course. I am so lucky to get to see him.

My OP appointment with Mr Windsor was exemplary. He himself was excellent, kind, empathetic and very professional , and it was obvious that he was a very experienced clinician and surgeon. He offered very sensible advice and is undertaking appropriate further tests. I felt very confident in his opinion. And his team (his nurse and medical administrator) were excellent too, very helpful, friendly and professional. Altogether, a great team, whom I shall be very happy to see again if required.

Long experience shows - very calm & relaxed even in awkward situations, never flustered. Great manner out-of-greens, too - more like chatting with an old mate, without letting his professional guard down too far!

From the first visit to the post surgery visits every day in hospital, Mr Windsor made me feel listened to, and was able to reassure me by explaining the process and reasons for the surgery, and then making me feel confident in my recovery. He appears to me as being an excellent and skilled surgeon. I cannot judge the follow up as I am only seeing him in May. Most surgeons, when they have done their part, do not take care of the next steps, but in his notes doctor Windsor already is thinking of whom I should consult to avoid the need for another surgery need later on.
