Andrew is an experienced consultant ENT surgeon whose NHS practice was based at both the University
Hospital of South Manchester (Wythenshawe) and Christie Hospitals for over 20
He was educated locally at Worsley Wardley Grammar School, Swinton and Eccles College and
qualified from Manchester University Medical School. He trained in General
Surgery before entering the North West Training Scheme in ENT Surgery.
In addition to his General and Paediatric ENT workload, Andrew has a keen interest
in Head and Neck conditions including Thyroid and Salivary Gland Surgery.
He is actively involved in post-graduate training and teaching of medical students,
surgical trainees and local general practitioners.
Andrew is married with 6 children. His outside interests include football, gardening and keeping poultry and ornamental wildfowl.
