Mr Robb made my son and I feel very welcome at our appointment. He put us at ease and was warm and friendly. His explanation of the diagnosis was technical but he also explained it in plain English so my 7yr old son could understand. He was patient and allowed plenty of time for me and my son to ask questions. I left the appointment feeling very confident in Mr Robb and my son was not nervous about his future treatment. Thank you Mr Robb.

After months of frustration, Mr Robb spoke with such confidence and reassurance that left both myself and my son feeling listened to and satisfied that we were working towards an answer together. The way he spoke to my 7 year old was second to none, making him feel at ease, whilst explaining exactly what the problem was. Much appreciated all round

Explanation

Very nice doctor with lots of knowledge. It was a huge relief to find a doctor who understood the issues our daughter is experiencing and he was even able to provide terminology and reason for what she is experiencing. It was also lovely that he put our daughter at ease and spoke directly to her. Many doctors talk over her and don't listen to what she has to say. Mr Robb also had plenty of time to listen to what we had to say and wasn't trying to rush us out of the door. Highly recommend.
