Mr Brightwell gained his bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy in 2010 from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. He grew up in The Netherlands and has always had a keen interest in sports, particularly football which he played at a high level. He also offered first aid, rehabilitation, and sports massage at sporting events such as the International Amsterdam Floorball tournament which runs over three days.

Ant really helped me with my achilles tendonitis. He was attentive, checked each time how it was feeling and provided shockwave therapy, massage and acupuncture, after which I could feel the difference immediately.

Ant diagnosed my problem on the first session, which put my mind at ease. He told me exactly what I needed to do and after 4 sessions I'm back in the gym and pain free. He has a relaxed and no nonsense manner and knows he stuff. I highly recommend him, one of the best physio's in England.

Great bedside manner, very calm and clear when explaining what’s wrong and the plan of action to sort it. I am a returning customer and Ant has now fixed me twice - hip then shoulder - couldn’t ask for better.

I first went to see Ant in December due to a sore right hip that’s given me constant daily pain for the past almost 2 years, it is now February and the pain has been practically eliminated. He gave me some great exercises to do at home and the treatment in each session was really effective, also gave me some great tips for my running from which I saw immediate results when implementing. Everyone at Spectrum Physio was really lovely to deal with also. Very happy with my results!

Ant made it very clear what he was treating me for, how the treatment worked and what it would do for my injury. This was very good for understanding my recovery process.

Orthopaedic SurgeryAnt is an expert physiotherapist with specialist training in the area of McKenzie Therapy. His method of practice is thorough, caring and individualised to the needs of the patient which is so important in managing the specific needs and goals of everyone he works with. I could not recommend anyone higher for physiotherapy!
