Mr Asif Muneer, Consultant Urological Surgeon and Andrologist, currently works within the University College London Hospitals NHS Trust and also sees patients privately. Mr Muneer is an active researcher, with an extensive list of peer-reviewed publications and numerous textbooks that he has co-edited. Throughout his career, he has been awarded many prizes including the Harold Hopkins Golden Telescope from the British Association of Urological Surgeons and the Keith Yeates Gold Medal from the Intercollegiate Exam board. He has also been awarded several visiting fellowships which have taken him around the world to the University of Paris, the University of Bern, and MD Andersen in Texas. He has previously held several professional roles including Honorary Secretary and Chair of the Andrology section for the British Association of Urological Surgeons and President of the British Society for Sexual Medicine.

I will be forever indebted to Professor Muneer. I would have waited at least a year or longer for a diagnosis via the NHS. Within a few minutes of looking at me, he diagnosed me straight the way and set out a plan for my treatment. He is truly an expert in his field. He is throughly professional and polite. Again I will never be able to repay him for what he has done for me.
