Clinical Interests:Mr Brandon Krijgsman is a Consultant General and Vascular Surgeon at the Fitzwilliam Hospital in Peterborough.Mr Brandon Krijgsman has been a Consultant General and Vascular Surgeon in Peterborough since 2003. He specialises in varicose veins, thread veins, leg ulcers and vascular access, in addition to hernias and gallstone disease. He has focussed on venous disease, being the first surgeon in Peterborough to introduce endovenous techniques with radio-frequencyablation and foam sclerotherapy. He also introduced the vascular access servicefor dialysis patients in Peterborough, as well as minimally invasive vascular access for chemotherapy patients. The majority of his consultations includeultrasound scans as a one stop clinic, to accurately assess the patient vein problems to tailor individual treatments for them. He believes in patient choice for their treatment after informed discussion.
