Flawless. Calm, clear, approachable, sympathetic but clear and direct as needed.

Quiet, thoughtful, not in a rush and gave me confidence for a shoulder replacement I was apprehensive about. Afterwards I was in remarkably little pain and feel great. Just need to do the physio now.

I was recommended to see Mr. Brian Cohen by my friend Pamela Rose and cannot thank her enough. From the moment I met Mr. Cohen he made me feel at ease. He explained the fracture of my left shoulder having ordered an x-ray , decided not to operate but to wear a sling for 6 to 8 weeks and follow his instructions. Now after only 10 weeks my fracture has healed . Mr. Cohen is not only a brilliant orthopedic surgeon but also a very friendly and kind man which makes it so much easier to cope with when in pain and a little lost of what is going to happen next. I am very grateful!
