I am a chartered psychologist utilising a solution-focused, strengths-based approach to mental wellbeing - supporting clients to identify goals that reduce distress and are consistent with deeply-reflected values and preferred life direction(s).
I aim to help clients increase self awareness regarding their own contributions towards their mental health and mental ill health and provide practical tools to empower them to live full, independent lives. Identifying existing strengths serves as a foundation on which to create a map towards alleviating distress.
