Fantastic experience starting from the initial phone call with secretary where appointments were offered as early as the following day. During the consultation Mr Phillips listened attentively to the issue and then took the time to examine and explain the problem. A very honest assessment was provided with a suggestion for a long-term plan. Additional reading materials on the condition were sent via WhatsApp the same day following the consultation.
