I was in a lot of pain before treatment & worried about what was wrong. I couldn't move properly or do all the things I love doing.
I was worried I'd never get better (I have a recurring injury). I was nervous about pushing myself & making things worse.
Dermot has been amazing! He explained everything about my injury clearly so that I could understand what was happening. He made me feel so confident that things would get better. He put a plan of exercise together so that slowly I repaired & could start doing things again.
I now know how to manage my injury & I know that Dermot is there if I need any more help. I can now play tennis for 2 hours when a few months ago I couldn't even play for 5 minutes! Thank you Dermot!
