Mr Griffiths is a dedicated shoulder and elbow surgeon treating a full range of shoulder and elbow problems, including major trauma. In the NHS he is based at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, one of London's four major trauma centres.

Mr Griffiths is a highly skilled and expert surgeon. I am thrilled with results of my implant replacement allowing me to enjoy normal movement in life again. He explains everything so it understandable, and answers any concerns you have. I am amazed how smoothly the whole procedure was carried out. Amazing after care as well. Mr Dylan is very helpful and informative. I found him very patient when I was trying to explain the pain location and resulting sensations that have come with the problem in my shoulder/neck.

An amazing consultant. Very kind, friendly and caring. Understanding of condition, gives options and patient choice. Explained the surgery . The risks were clearly outlined and gave postoperative information in a clear and concise manner.
