Very knowledgeable, helped to answer any questions I had. Definitely appreciated him being able to talk to me over the phone regarding the concerns and questions I had. I trusted his expertise in the procedure so I wasn't nervous about it going wrong. I recommend Dr Garaffa to anyone. I also like that he gives very honest and non-biased answers to my questions which shows how reliable and genuine he is.

I consulted, planned, and then underwent touch up surgeries for foreskin restoration and post circumcision reconstruction (undoing damage to meatus, webbing and scar realignment) with Dr Garaffa. I originally contacted him a few years prior to surgery, at the time when I was seeing multiple urologists. I was referred to Dr Garaffa by another doctor who singled him as the best specialist in penile reconstruction. This turned out to be true, as he provided the most detailed and insightful review of the situation, and recommended I continue non surgical restoration at the time. After a few years, I returned to him for touch up surgeries to correct what could not be achieved by the tissue expansion method. I am inquisitive and ask a lot of questions, and Dr Garaffa was especially knowlegeable, being able to answer them, provide explanations, plan various cources of action, including adapting well known techniques in new ways to adress my unique situation. All the while presenting the pros and cons of possible surgery, and helping me plan the best course of action. The surgery itself was great, I was released quickly and healed sucesfully. The effects were as Dr Garaffa predicted, and I am very satisfied with the results. My only constructive feedback is that I was told some of my post opt orally (while coming off anasthesia), and then had to double check it by email later, I think getting it written by email originally would have been easier. Overall my impresssion is that Dr Garaffa possesses immense experience working on penile reconstruction and plastic surgery, is able to plan an optimal course of action which takes risks, patient preferences, and creative problem solving into account. I consulted with multiple doctors, and his approach and knowledge were the most impressive.

First of all the results are even better than what I hoped for!! And the operation felt like I was asleep for 5 mins absolutely no pain. Very nice personnel too felt very relaxed during consultation etc I couldn’t be any happier thanks so much!! 5* 10/10

Demonstrates great expertise and knowledge in an understandable way

As a medical doctor myself, I have a low tolerance for any failings in colleagues. Patients should always be respected, and always come first, but unfortunately there are many doctors who do not meet the very high standards expected within our profession. Mr Garaffa, however, not only meets these, but exceeds them. He is an exceptional surgeon and provided me with the best patient experience I have encountered. If you have been considering penis enlargement and cannot find your way through all the false information out there, rest assured that even though I am a physician I endured the same difficulties in trying to ascertain if surgery offers a solution. Now, I can 100% reassure you that it does - indeed so much so that I have toyed with the idea of working within professional promotion of penis enlargement surgery to try and help all those men out there who have struggled with feelings of inadequacy their entire lives. It works and, what is more, having also been to the largest centre for this in the world (Germany), there is no one I have met that I would trust as much as Mr Garaffa in this, even within his own practice. If you haven't struggled with the problem then you will never understand, but this surgery can be truly life-changing. The operation completely transformed my life. After years of enduring shame and psychological problems due to having a small penis I now am rebuilding my life and starting to enjoy living.
