Ear Nose & Throat Surgery
Mr Guri Sandhu is a Consultant ENT Surgeon, based at Charing Cross, Chelsea and Westminster and the Royal Brompton Hospitals. He graduated from the University of London in 1990, having trained in medicine at some of the most prestigious centres of medicine in the country.
Mr Sandhu lectures both nationally and internationally on topics such as The Difficult Airway, Voice and Swallowing. On account of his medical expertise, Mr Sandhu has written two books, numerous book chapters and has over one hundred peer-reviewed papers published. Alongside his work teaching medical students and medical colleagues, he also lectures regularly to students of music and the performing arts.
An avid supporter of research and its importance, Mr Sandhu is an Honorary Senior Lecturer in ENT Surgery at Imperial College and University College, London, and is actively involved in ENT related research and is supervising several higher degree research projects. He is one of the very few ENT surgeons awarded ‘Corresponding Fellow’ to the American Laryngological Association.
Mr Sandhu has been a Vice President for the Section of Laryngology and Rhinology and also a Committee Member for the Section of Sleep Medicine, at The Royal Society of Medicine. He is a co-founder and currently treasurer of The British Laryngological Association (BLA) and ENT surgeon to The Royal Society of Musicians.
