Mr Hussain Alnajjar, is a Consultant Urological Surgeon and Andrologist, based at University College London Hospitals (UCLH), UK. He is an Honorary Associate Professor at UCL. Mr Alnajjar began his medical education at the well-renowned St Andrews University in Scotland, graduating in Medical sciences. He then went on to graduate with a Bachelors in Medicine and Surgery from University College London Medical School. Following this, he was awarded a distinction by University of Edinburgh in his Masters of Surgery degree. He started his intensive surgical training in several London teaching Hospitals. He completed his Higher Specialty Training at Addenbrooke's Hospital focusing on all aspects of urology. Furthering his sub-specialist skills he then completed an advanced fellowship at University College Hospitals in surgical andrology and genito-urethral oncology.
Mr Alnajjar is a fellow of The Royal College of Surgeons in England and the European Board of Urology. He has won numerous awards for his outstanding work, including a highly prestigious award from the Royal Society of Medicine. He has an active research interest with numerous publications in high-impact factor peer-reviewed medical journals. He is regularly asked to present his work at conferences internationally, as well as being an invited speaker and chair at conferences. He continues to contribute to the education of fellow colleagues by organising a national masterclass in andrology at UCLH and remains a mentor and a trainer to the fellows and trainee doctors at UCLH. He is also a tutor for students taking the Master's degree in the andrology and penile cancer modules. He is an examiner for both the European Board of Urology fellowship (FEBU) and the membership to the Royal College of Surgeons of England (MRCS) examinations.

Dr. Alnajjar was great in every aspect. I was looking for Doctors to perform a Vasectomy and I was a bit uncomfortable with the first option I met. But Dr. Alnajjar was incredibly patient with all my questions, he explained procedure with great detail and throughout the process he was approachable and proactively making sure I was attended to. Procedure was done very carefully and I couldn't be more satisfied with the whole service.

Lichen sclerosus - circumcision Dr Alnajjar explained everything regarding the surgery and answered any questions I had. He was extremely helpful and lead me through this rather delicate situation with ease and calm. Confident in his skills he did fantastic job!

I first visited Dr Alnajjar, January 2023, the initial consultation was excellent and I felt at ease discussion my health concerns. The treatment and two follow up consultation, in April 23 and January 24, left me feeling confident that my condition was manageable. Throughly recommended for any men with intimate health concerns.
