Excellent professional; Mr Virdi had a thorough discussion with me about the procedure that gave me confidence to go through my treatment. I am very glad my treatment has been successful.

I would highly recommend this treatment for anyone in my position. To reduce the times one gets up during the night from an average of six to one or two times is a godsend. Also, I don't have to plan my days out anymore around finding where are the nearest toilets. Its not invasive and relief comes quite quickly

Mr Jaspal Virdi performed the Rezum procedure on me at the Rivers Hospital. The treatment and care was exemplary and I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Virdi and the Rivers Hospital for this procedure. The treatment has been very successful and I am pleased with the outcome.

I was referred to Mr Virdi because of my worsening prostate (BPH) symptoms. After several consultations, changes to my medication (which achieved only small improvements), various tests and scans of bladder and prostate, he offered me the opportunity to try a "newish" procedure, Prostate Artery Embolisation. I was initially a bit wary but willing to accept his advice as he had fully explained the risks and benefits (as he had done for every previous treatment and procedure). I had the PAE procedure at the end of summer 2021. Five months later, it feels like I've taken back control of my life from BPH and my prostate appears to have gone back to just quietly doing its normal thing. The improvement in my symptoms has been amazing and I'm so glad I took the advice given by Mr Virdi.
