Mr John Tighe is a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and the Lead Clinician and Clinical Director for Head Neck and Eye services at the Queen Victoria Hospital. Within his NHS practice, Mr Tighe specialises in the management of head and neck cancer with functional reconstruction of the face and jaws. Additionally, in his private practice he pays special interest to dental implantology and bone grafting techniques.
After qualifying as a Dentist from the University of Bristol and then in Medicine from the University of London, Mr Tighe then undertook a specialist fellowship in Oral, General and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Mr Tighe is a member of the British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Association of Dental Implantology and the British Association of Head and Neck Oncologists.
