Dr. Chapple was not convinced with my original diagnosis and requested other checks be made before proceeding with surgery. Thankfully his doubts were proven and no surgery was required. Keith was very professional and sensitive to my concerns. His detailed approach to my situation was comforting and put my mind at ease. The overall experience was excellent.

I recently went to see Mr Chapple for a procedure and he was very approachable, put me at ease entirely but most importantly explained everything about the procedure to me very clearly including at the follow up appointment. The overall experience was excellent and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mr Chapple.

After some worrying symptoms I was referred to Mr Chapple who saw me at short notice and was very reassuring. In order to rule out anything more sinister I was booked for a procedure, again at short notice in some part to calm my anxiety at such a worrying time. Before the procedure Mr Chapple spent time explaining what would happen and what I to expect, and was always happy to answer any questions no matter how silly they might have been! The procedure was carried out with the upmost care and Mr Chapple talked me through the whole thing - I could even watch if I wanted! My follow up appointment was excellent with the appropriate advice given - ongoing monitoring, and I am really happy with the caring professional way I was treated. I couldn't recommend Mr Chapple highly enough at such a stressful time.

I was extremely worried and scared when I had my first appointment with Mr Chapple as I was fearing the worst and had become very anxious, he was extremely sympathetic and kind to me and put me at ease, he did not make me feel silly for being so upset. He was extremely calm and professional and explained the tests and investigations I would need.I felt very reassured just after my first appointment and the subsequent colonoscopy and follow up appointment were handled in a very professional and reassuring manner. I would recommend Mr Chapple for his expertise and also for his kind treatment of patients.
